ROBOTIC GUIDANCE · JOINT PRESERVATION
Any plan the surgeon can imagine.
A robot-guided platform that executes the repair exactly as the surgeon designed it — for the patient in front of them, not the instrument in the tray.

THE CRAFT
Dedicated craftsmanship towards something delicate.
Inspired by the Amati family of Cremona, whose workshop defined the violin and set the standard that Stradivari would carry on. We aspire to do the same for cartilage.
THE GAP
The repair works. The way we prepare it is about to change.
Joint preservation restores living cartilage in patients far too young for a replacement. Today the preparation is still done by hand, with round sizers, trephines and reamers that shape the defect to the instrument rather than the instrument to the defect.
Robotic guidance transformed joint replacement. It never reached joint preservation. We are bringing it there so that the surgeon’s vision of the best restoration for each patient can actually be executed.
THE PLAN
One plan. Two cuts. Verified before seating.
The surgeon plans the repair and validates it on the open joint. A robot-guided laser prepares the tissue bed and the graft to the same free-form geometry — so bed and graft match by design. CE-proven laser technology, applied to joint preservation.

Reliable precision
Sub-millimetre cuts, true to the plan. The system measures, the surgeon decides.
Patient-specific cuts
Replicable free-form geometry that follows the lesion, not the instrument set.
Surgical efficiency
One system replaces sizers, trephines and reamers. Less instrumentation, a standardised workflow, and a target of materially shorter OR time.
FOR SURGEONS
Shape the instrument you’ll operate with.
We are looking for cartilage and sports-medicine surgeons who want to influence the workflow, join wet-lab sessions as the prototype matures, and tell us where you do it differently. Tell us who you are and we’ll get back to you within 24 hours.
